Delivery
Whilst we will do everything possible to deliver your products by the date specified, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made after the date specified. Orders dispatched are sent by Royal Mail and should arrive within 5 working days. However occasionally they may take longer to arrive due to delays within Royal Mail. Please allow 10 days for delivery of all Royal Mail parcels. If 10 days have passed and your package still has not arrived, please contact us via one of the methods on the contact us page.
Returns Policy
Our clothing and merchandise is covered under a warranty period of 30 days from the date of invoice. Any repairs after this date are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Should any item appear faulty, we will endeavour to repair such goods to their original condition. Returning goods is the responsibility of the sender. We would advise using a secure delivery service; ensuring goods are signed for upon receipt.
Should any item become faulty beyond repair, we will issue a replacement items, providing this falls within the 30-day warranty period.
